Apple QA Project
-
This project was created to demonstrate my QA software testing skills for exploratory testing, creating test plans and test cases as well as executing test cases
-
Before any testing or test documentation was created, I explored the website to identify what should be tested. I then simultaneously, created and executed the test cases.
-
I used TestRail for my test management platform and have provided screenshots from my testing.
Test Plan
Objective:
-
The objective of this project is to conduct functional and usability testing of Apple's website to ensure its features are working as intended and the user experience is optimal.
Scope:
-
The scope of this testing will cover the main functionalities and user interactions of Apple's website, including navigation, product details, and shopping cart management.
Environment:
-
Operating System: Linux machine (Zorin OS)
-
Web Browser: Brave (Chromium-based)

Test Cases
-
I created 8 test cases for this project to test the functionality of Apple's website. This was based on my discovery during my exploratory testing.

Test Execution
-
I created a test run record for my test cases inside of my test plan and then executed the test cases. All 8 passed and the results are shown here.
